Kyloe Solution Update

Incident Report for Kyloe Partners

Identified

Following a security incident affecting part of our US AwesomeDocs hosting environment in the US, Bullhorn has restricted Kyloe API integrations as a precaution. This means that Kyloe products which connect to the Bullhorn system may be limited, to differing degrees, until access is restored.

Our security monitoring alerted us to the incident, and we quickly implemented containment and remediation measures to secure the environment. We changed all Kyloe-held API credentials and encryption keys, and have not identified any further unauthorised activity to date. Our investigation continues with support from independent cyber security specialists.

We are working closely with Bullhorn and independent cyber security specialists to restore full functionality and will post updates here. If your Kyloe solution is not working as intended, please email support@kyloepartners.com. Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing a high volume of queries so responses may be delayed.

We recognise the disruption this is causing and appreciate your patience. We will continue to provide updates here as soon as we have material information to share.
