Our developers have deployed a fix for this issue to all environments.

Update
A small number of users have reported an issue when sending documents to DocuSign. The message returned states "System was unable to convert this document to a PDF".

The cause of the issue has been identified as an automatic update to Word. The Development Team has resolved the issue and it will be released to:

Notably, the message returned includes "System was unable to convert this document to a PDF".
